2. Item Condition and Descriptions

We offer both brand new and renewed items. Renewed footwear and goods are prepared by an experienced reseller who provides a thorough cleaning and addresses minor scuffs or loose threads prior to listing. Because our inventory consists of unique individual items, we provide multiple high-resolution photos and clear descriptions for every listing.

Inspection Tip: We always encourage customers to look at all the available photos to inspect the exact condition of the items for sale here before purchasing.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Availability

Prices and item availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders in the event of typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or inventory conflicts. You agree to provide accurate and current purchase and account information for all orders placed through our shop.

4. Packaging and Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, footwear is shipped in economical packaging and not in a shoe box. All standard orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes shipping insurance provided directly by the USPS.

5. As-Pictured Guarantee and Return Policy

To maintain low prices and keep our small business running efficiently, we cannot absorb logistical costs from buyer change-of-mind returns. We operate under an As-Pictured Guarantee and only accept returns if an item arrives significantly not as pictured or described.

  • Sizing: Sizing details and photo tags are clearly provided. Customers are responsible for verifying correct fit prior to purchase, as returns due to sizing or fit issues cannot be accepted.
  • Damage in Transit: If your package is damaged during shipping, please file a claim directly with the USPS using the tracking number provided with your order.
  • Approved Exceptions: In the rare event an exception is granted for a return outside of transit damage, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by a tracking number, and verified upon receipt before a refund is issued.
