At GeorgiaThriftShop.com, our mission is to offer you the thrill of the thrift find at the best possible prices. To keep our prices low and our small shop running on a shoestring budget, we operate with a very lean team and cannot absorb the high logistical costs of buyer's remorse or change of mind returns.
Our As-Pictured Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your treasure. To ensure you know exactly what you are buying, we provide multiple high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions for every item. Because of this, we only accept returns if an item is significantly not as pictured or described.
A Note on Sizing
For our renewed footwear and clothing, please double-check your size before ordering. We include the size in our descriptions and feature the size tags in our photo galleries. We cannot accept returns due to fitment issues. We ask that you be certain of your correct size before completing your purchase.
Shipping and Damages
- Damaged in Transit: All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance provided by the USPS. If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the USPS.
- Exceptions and Return Shipping: In the rare event we honor a return that falls outside of damage in transit by the USPS, the customer is responsible for the full expense of the return shipping. For a refund to be processed, the item must be returned in its original condition as shown in the listing photos. A tracking number must be provided for all returns, and we will contact you once the package arrives and the item condition is verified.
